Sauza Tequila Extra Gold (750ml.)

Sauza tequila is named for Don Cenobio Sauza, who established the Sauza Distillery in Tequila, Mexico, in 1873. There the dedicated art of tequila production has been fine-tuned and perfected over time. Sauza was the first to call the golden drink "tequila" and the first to export it to the United States. All seven types of Sauza tequilas are hand-crafted in a traditional manner that began over a century ago. Today, Tequila Sauza is the #1 tequila in Mexico and the world's fastest-growing international spirit brand. Taste is the ultimate deciding factor. Some people prefer the rougher edge of the young sauza blanco tequilas with their more distinct agave flavor. Others like the sharper, almost peppery flavor of a middle-aged sauza reposado. And some may prefer the smooth, woody aroma in an older sauza añejo tequila. Like single-malt scotches, or small-brewery sakes, tequilas vary according to the company making them, the process, and the growing environment. Sauza tequilas are considered superior tequilas.
